Celebrating Aaron and Nikki in Asheville for their Blue Ridge Mountains elopement was an absolute DREAM from beginning to end! Nikki and Aaron picked a quiet, picturesque overlook among the wildflowers and grassy hills as the perfect spot to say I do. It was honestly like something out of a romantic movie. From the moment they joined hands at their ceremony, their eyes filled with tears. This set the tone for their entire day.
Heartfelt is an understatement for these two beautiful souls, who were unapologetically true to themselves and their love.
They knew from the very start that having their best friends and two of their beloved pups Coconut and Dorothy (dressed for the occasion, of course), a part of their wedding ceremony was something they couldn’t live without. It was a true testament to the many beautiful ways their loved ones helped shape their relationship. One thing I will never forget is the moment Aaron pulled out his guitar to sing to Nikki. They were nestled up on the most perfect spot on the edge of the mountain, with the sun beaming over the mountaintops behind them. Nikki held their pups wiping her happy tears as Aaron sang his heart out to her.
That special moment was truly a dream, and they were surrounded by all the natural beauty for their Blue Ridge Mountains elopement.
From pouring out their hearts out to each other with vows handwritten in their favorite sentimental books, Aaron hiking up the mountain with his guitar and surprising Nikki with the sweetest song after their ceremony, to the two of them sharing their love for each other as beautifully and unabashedly as possible.
